Garchomp

Re-colored concept of Garchomp Redux. After looking at the original after so long, I just couldn't bring myself to leave it alone. Much like I had done with Tyranitar. I've gotten better, and I wanted to do a much better job on one of my favorite pokemon. So, yeah! Got rid of the blimps on the sides of his head, and shortened the scythes .
